I use iHud to hide all the junk said mods put on your screen:P They take up the left and right Dpad buttons respectively, so I never even have to touch a keyboard. I also use Easy WheelMenu to organise the hotkeys associated with Campfire, Frostfall, iNeed, Sit Anywhere, and Hunterborn all in one place. SkyUI's favourite menus aren't flashy, but they are quick, responsive, and easy to organise. When fast-traveling with a following NPC, in rare instances.

I see that the sub-menus ( weapons, apparel, food, potions, Etc) are on top, and when you hover over them the items shoe up in a list. the item you selected, then choose Cut from the shortcut menu. when i go to youtube and look up skyrim videos, i see that everyone has a different than me.
